We had great April chalisa celebrations and very auspicious start to the Hanuman Chalisa yagna on Saturday, with the help of many committed devotees!

Who can recite chalisas?
People of all ages can recite Hanuman chalisas, including kids. Though this event is started by Rocky Mountain Hanuman organization, participation in this first-of-its- kind event is not limited to Colorado. People from any state can participate, as long as they live in United States. Also, participation is not limited to people of Indian origin, people from any ethnicity can recite, as long as they have interest, and can recite chalisa without mistakes.
When and where can I recite chalisas?
You can recite chalisas anytime after you take bath, while driving, while at home, or during an evening walk. There are really no restrictions with timings or location, but please use your judgement to not recite at places (for example workplace, libraries etc), where you may violate the policies, by reciting.
How are counts kept track of?
Attached here is a spreadsheet that you can use to keep track of chalisas from your family. Please fill this out every Sunday for your family, and send to Satya Kothiyal at skothiyal@hotmail. com.
